Maureen McQuillan
Maureen McQuillan has been exhibiting her work for almost two decades, both nationally and internationally, including solo shows in New York, San Francisco and Paris. Her most recent solo show, in 2011 at the Contemporary Museum in Baltimore was entitled, “Sensory Forensics.” Group exhibitions include: The Weatherspoon Art Museum, Greensboro, NC; The Contemporary Museum, Baltimore, Maryland; The Drawing Center, NY; The Islip Art Museum, NY; The College of New Rochelle, NY; John Michael Kohler Arts Center, Wisconsin; The National Gallery, Costa Rica; and g-module, Paris; among many others. McQuillan's work has been reviewed in The New York Times, Newsday, The Boston Globe, The San Francisco Chronicle, San Francisco Examiner, ARTnews, and Art on Paper; and currently appears in the September 2012 issue of Architectural Digest. Her work is held in private and public collections all over the world. McQuillan is represented by McKenzie Fine Art in New York.
